Neighborhood Faves is Nextdoor’s 7th annual awards, giving neighbors a way to celebrate and support the local businesses they love. Neighbors champion trusted Faves and discover new ones recommended by their neighbors in categories like go-to restaurant, cafe, bookstore, and more. The winning Neighborhood Faves can grow their business with more visibility, an online trophy, a window sticker and a chance to win $500 towards Nextdoor ads.
How it works:
- Neighbors can vote on Nextdoor from June 1-30, 2023
- Neighbors vote on Nextdoor at http://www.nextdoor.com/faves
- There are 20 different categories like go-to restaurant, cafe, bookstore and more
- Neighbors can vote for as many businesses they want per category, and as many categories as they want
- Neighborhood Faves winners are calculated through the number of Faves by local, verified neighbors on Nextdoor during the voting period (June 1-30, 2023), and will be announced in mid-July.
Why this matters?
91% of Nextdoor neighbors say that supporting small, local businesses is important to them. (Source: Internal Nextdoor survey). Neighborhood Faves allows neighbors to support and celebrate local businesses that help their neighborhoods and local economy thrive.
