🐾 Do you have a plan for your pet?
Most of us have a plan for ourselves — but when disaster strikes, pets are often left out of it. This week, we're asking every neighbor with a pet to answer three questions before the weekend:
📍 WHERE will you go if you have to leave home? (Note: Many public shelters don't allow pets. Find a pet-friendly hotel, a friend outside your area, or a boarding facility before you need one.)
🤝 WHO can help if you're not home? (Identify a neighbor, friend, or family member who can evacuate your pet if you can't get there in time.)
🎒 WHAT will you grab? (Food, medications, carrier, records — more on that in our next post.) That's it. Three answers. Written down or saved in your phone.
