In July, Nextdoor introduced the all-new Nextdoor Ad Manager for our clients, serving ads through our self-guided channel. This platform has so many great features and benefits. We’re excited for them to utilize them.
Improved Usability: Ad Campaigns can be created and published fast, creatives assets can be stored, and our preview tool is much improved.
Platform Sign-Up: Clients can quickly sign up for new campaigns using ads.nextdoor.com. For existing clients, please get in touch with [email protected] or Lee at [email protected], and they can enable your access. Once signed in, additional users and sub-accounts can be added by public agencies themselves.
Billing: Statuses of payment and payment confirmations will now be emailed. Multiple credit cards can be toggled to ensure the right card is charged for each campaign.
Reporting: We now offer custom reporting and automated reporting options. Data will live in perpetuity as opposed to the former standard of 6 months.
For clients with campaigns on the existing platform, you can easily toggle to the legacy platform to see your current campaigns while publishing new campaigns on the new platform.
